Hall (Pat) has more than 30 years experience as Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of two large not-for-profit organizations and President of his own company, The Capital Group, L.L.C. Pat Hall possesses a strong professional and educational background in association management evidenced by the achievement of the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society for Association Executives. Hall's association management skills are concentrated in the areas of communications, government relations, coalition building, public relations, administration and training. Pat Hall's government relations experience includes drafting, tracking and advocating for meaningful legislation as well as preparation and presentation of oral and written testimony before legislative committees, regulatory agencies and constituency groups. Hall has extensive knowledge in public personnel administration and labor/management issues including public employee healthcare and retirement benefits. Hall also has vast knowledge of election processes and the modern techniques for successful campaigns. Hall has developed excellent working relations with the print and broadcast media and has spoken extensively across the state of Oklahoma to civic and professional organizations.
